Since 1962, Rental Real Estate, a division of Dennis Management Company, has been offering "for rent" individual homes, as well as 1- and 2- bedroom units located in apartment buildings with fewer than 12 units.
We manage attractive acreages, homes, and individual apartments throughout and surrounding the city of Lincoln, Nebraska. Whether you are relocating to Lincoln to get an education at the University of Nebraska, to be closer to family, or to begin a new job/career we will work with you to find just the right rental property to meet your needs.
Most of our properties offer a 12-month lease and require a deposit equal to one month's rent prior to occupancy. We also require a $20 application fee which must accompany the completed rental application. Dogs are not allowed in the apartment units, but most units allow cats. Please check with our office regarding our policy regarding pets in rental homes and on acreages.
